VIVA creates her photography, and, traditional, and, expressionism artwork based on her own unique thoughts, and experiences, having traveled far and wide. Her works are in the diverse styles of semi-abstract, abstract, realism, or minimalism, depending on the subject to which she responds, and in brilliant color, ton sur ton, and in B/W - which she finds answers and often clarifies her ideas. Art has been her passion and solace over seven decades now, and she is fortunate to have patrons at all levels and taste of art collectors, internationally, because her work is timeless............. There is something about purple--it just satisfies my soul. Purple can sing for joy, and it can also mourn. It can be frivolous and unfathomably deep. The combination of purples with the rain and plant imagery makes for an especially contemplative piece. l/f
