Description
MY LIFE by VIVA is my entry to Abbie's challenge : "open book" , 5/04/22. Why not?,
after all, lol, My Life IS an open book !
This is my remaster of the cover of the book I've treasured for half a century+: The Rubaiyat of Omar Khayyam, Peter Pauper Press, Mount Vernon, NY, circa 1960.
The penultimate verse: The TRUTH, now, sigh: "Yon rising Moon that looks for us again....How oft hereafter will she wax and wane; How oft hereafter rising look for us through this same Garden---AND FOR ONE, IN VAIN."
It is a small, slim book, so old, it barely stood open, but, the inside back cover
is clearly visible, though distressed.

Red for surviving the crucible of life . The tangle of flowers and vines for the lush world adventures . Surrounded by the darkness of intrigue. Great fun VIVA
