VIVA creates her photography, and, traditional, and, expressionism artwork based on her own unique thoughts, and experiences, having traveled far and wide. Her works are in the diverse styles of semi-abstract, abstract, realism, or minimalism, depending on the subject to which she responds, and in brilliant color, ton sur ton, and in B/W - which she finds answers and often clarifies her ideas. Art has been her passion and solace over seven decades now, and she is fortunate to have patrons at all levels and taste of art collectors, internationally, because her work is timeless............. This is to honour Somali now US Professor, whose Honor has been denied for her recent stance : "Boston: A private university outside Boston has decided not to award an honorary degree to a Somali-born women's rights activist who has branded Islam violent and "a nihilistic cult of death." Brandeis University said it had decided not to award an honorary degree to Ayaan Hirsi Ali, a former Dutch parliamentarian who has been a prominent critic of the treatment of women in Islamic society. .
