Vivian, it is not easy beginning your day’s tribute...SO MANY SOUL-speaks from which to chose...When I saw your DRAWINGS COLLECTION and the flood of so many organic soul-studies of life’s EXTRAordinary Ordinarinesses, my tribute Naturally begins. My first impressions notice the patterns and textures of your drawings which seek greater EXPRESSIVENESS and ELEMENTAL “dance”. Your description describes “my inimitable, loose, frenetic dance with the pen”. I see an almost insatiable need to connect to the “essential nature” of your subjects at their very atomic levels...their quantum rhythms. I see THE NOTES OF MUSIC in your work...regardless of which medium you explore, regardless of traditional or digital techniques...you are ever in pursuit of the energy and connection to DANCING with it... For me, therein lies the irresistible magnetism of your expressions which draw the viewer to your work like bees to honey.
