Description
Agapanthus 1, by VIVA Anderson, is my enhanced photo of the skeletal remains of our local favorite bloom, out of season, sans flowers, but with spider web still intact.
This is part of my Series of photos of this remnant from the change of season cut-back, found lying on the garden bed,but still beautiful to me.

Here's one of countless reasons that silence puts you in touch with an ineffable reality that is outside the narrow confines of the intellect : "CLOSE THE DOOR OF WORDS SO THAT THE WINDOW OF YOUR HEART MAY OPEN. THE MOON'S KISS ONLY COMES THROUGH AN OPEN DOOR." Rumi. Many years of personal experiences have taught me that the silence mystics refer to is NOT merely the absence of words. It transcends words, beliefs, and ideas. It is where you are one with all that exists. It is where you're whole.

I think I understand, Bijan....it takes a lifetime's journey to comprehend what you say...it is good of you to share the insight. I appreciate that so much. My problem is/was, I am in a void, not a silence....you will understand what I say. VIVA
