"Omar Hafidi ...I see tambourines of joy rattling their tiny sharp symbals like euphoric diamondbacks, curled up for an erotic mating dance...a celebration of some kind...I see faces of white and of gray...i see turbans of violet and of cobalt,,,beating drums : furiously...happily..."turning and turning in the widening gyre...the song begins....the falcon cannot hear the falconner...things fall apart...the center cannot hold...mere anarchy is losed upon the world... I realize that it is not a celebration....what I see is ancient , mystical...holy...sometthing else...surely some kind of revelation is at hand...".the best lack all conviction...and the worst are full of passionate intensity..." the song continued...on a higher pitch this time...yes a revelation is at hand....the second coming is at hand...yes...it is the town of Nazareth and I am time travelling....i am the falcon turning in the widening gyre and could not hear my falconner...I was in the gyre all my life...it took me on epic odysseys to look for my mystical bliss and it took me down the block to buy tomatoes and a scratch ticket....my life...the circles...the mandalas of vedic eternal return...the fading and waning of the moon.. round. is remarkable...it always brings you back to where you started and know it for the first time, a friend told me the other day....yes i have turned in circles but always made it back...shining and with more light to share....i never followed a stright line....it is a one way and plain and aimless....I am celebrating my coming...my second and third and forth and fifth coming....not in anarchy and lack of conviction...but in order and passionate intensity....like Don Quichote... i will scream at the giant windmills.....better a little blemish in your life than a plain one,,,, ", Omar......mystical bliss,tilting at windmills,order and passion,returning,going in circles,returning,with the light shining a grace upon me............never following the beaten straight.....yes! Always following the epic odyssey,yes,the circles - yes, complete,full,yes.......quixotic,yes,.....guided by the moon that is my talisman,yes''........Thank you..,Omar.......you are my sayer and my seer.............It is indeed, remarkable !
